- You are to travel in a clean, comfortable and safe taxicab.
- State of the art turn-by-turn GPS will direct you to your destination.
- Your taxicab driver must obey all traffic laws.
- Cell phone use by the taxi driver while operating the cab is prohibited except in emergencies.
- Heat or air conditioning should be turned on/off at your request.
- You can control the radio at your own discretion.
- Smoking in the taxicab is prohibited.
- Please treat your taxicab driver with respect and courtesy.
- For your safety please use your seat belt.
- For your safety please use the curbside door to exit the taxi.
- Please promptly pay your fare when reaching your destination.
- A receipt will be provided upon request.
- Please remember to take all your belongings when exiting the taxi.

Here are a few good tips to follow when riding in a taxi to set your mind at ease and make you ride more enjoyable.
- Get an estimated rate from our taxicab call center or taxi driver before starting your trip.
- Make a note of the taxicab number and taxi driver’s name.
- Always allow enough time to reach your destination; phone the taxicab company to inquire about an estimated time of travel from the origin to the destination; schedule a time of pick-up at this time.
- Always pay the charges off the taxicab meter only.
- When vacating the taxi, ensure you have not left any personal articles in the cab and always request a receipt for services.
